JOSEPH ELKINGTON

12th June 2006, Commemorating the life of Joseph Elkington.

THE MONUMENT

These three photos were taken on a very wet Sunday October 16th 2008, when the Royal Dublin Fusiliers gathered at The Monument to remember the soldiers, both Irish and English, who died at Gallipoli.

 

The gentleman in this photo is Charles O'Leary, who is serving with the Royal Dublin Fusiliers.
